The wide range of services we provide creates a large variety of jobs. From purchasing to quality control to traffic, in each and every field we have highly trained colleagues that do their very best every day to guarantee the high standard of client satisfaction that we are so proud of. Our more experienced staff works hand in hand with our younger co-workers. It is a win/win situation; it trains our ambitious young while offering fresh ideas to our more seasoned colleagues.

In our Santos office we are currently a total of 49 people, 37 of whom are directly in contact with our coffees. The largest single department is our quality department with 11 colleagues, three of them official cuppers and graders for the Brazilian BM&F exchange. It is here in Santos as well, that we trade on the international markets and exchanges and that we do the back up for our entire operation.

In Varginha our team consists of five people. Four of them are directly linked to quality control and purchasing.

In São Sebastião do Paraiso we have three colleagues. All but one are directly linked to the quality control.

Patrocinio is currently run by two people. Both of them are working on purchasing and quality control.

Vitoria has two people. The head of the quality control is a cupper and grader who has been certified by the Center of Coffee Commerce of Vitoria (Centro do Comercio de Café de Vitoria, CCCV), because this is the only office trading, purchasing and shipping Conillon coffees.
